DO NOT BUY FROM STUBHUB. They??will take your money, even if the concert is cancelled. I’ve gotten support over five times as well as the CEO with cancellation proof and it’s still not sufficient evidence for them to give me a refund. Zero accountability and 100% a corrupt company. #stubhub

2 周Hey, I’m having a problem with stubhub refunding me for a show that was canceled. The show was supposed to be in Dec 2024, it was rescheduled and then canceled in January. I still have not received a refund for the tickets. I have contacted stubhub probably two dozen times at this point, customer service can never help me, they have repeatedly told me they’re going to “escalate it to their internal team for further investigation and I’ll be contacted in 30 days” but lo and behold I’m never contacted. Customer service is also unable to transfer me to a manager or anyone in the internal team. I am at my wits end and I don’t know what else I can possibly do to get this solved so I am taking to social media. Please help!
